When I stepped into the conference hall, four beautiful young people looked up. First surprise, then recognition, then warm smiles crossed their faces.
I had been invited to promote the ministry at a Southern Baptist Pastors’ Conference. I wondered why the girls kept glancing at me. As soon as the conference was over, they approached me and asked if I remembered them. I told them I didn’t. With smiles they shared their joy to see me because it was I who shared the Gospel with them using the Wordless Book when they were still in Grade Six. Now, they are college students, faithfully serving Jesus.
Hearing this, I praised God deep in my heart and thanked Him for allowing me to see the fruit of teaching His Word.
