5-Day Club
For five consecutive days, one-and-a-half-hour each day, children gather to hear Bible stories, sing songs, learn Bible verses, and listen to a missionary story as the Gospel is clearly presented.
What is taught in a 5-Day Club?
Each week children aged from 4 to 14 meet for an action-packed time. This includes:
- Singing
- Memorizing Bible verse
- Bible lesson
- Mission story
- Review game
Who teaches a 5-Day Club?
Christian volunteers trained by CEF teach Good News Clubs. Teachers are required to sign the CEF Statement of Faith and to agree with its contents.

Where are 5-Day Clubs held?
Anywhere there are children: churches, daycares, apartment complexes, community centers, homes, parks, even under a shady tree!
What materials are used?
We have a four-year curriculum for the 5-Day Club. Kindly contact our bookstore to purchase one.
Is there any cost?
It’s FREE! There is no charge for children to attend this club.
How can I help?
Contact the CEF office for specifics, but generally you could:
- Host a 5-Day Club in your home, neighborhood, daycare or other facility.
- Pray for the 5-Day Club and the summer missionaries.
- Provide for the missionaries.
