Why train teachers?
Training is the heart of the missionary program of Child Evangelism Fellowship. It prepares men and women to effectively evangelize and disciple the generation to come. We believe it is better to have ten people doing the job than for one man to do the job of ten people. We do training that equips Christian teachers in various places in the Philippines to begin and sustain a ministry where they live.
Training Schedule
Teaching Children Effectively™ Level 1
June 5-15, 2023 | 1pm – 6pm
Teaching Children Effectively Level 1 online training is designed to meet the busy lifestyles of those who minister to children. Teaching Children Effectively (TCE™) Level 1 offers a fresh approach to evangelizing and teaching children. Based on spiritual and educational principles, the course provides the methods and procedures to lead children to Christ and immediately equips the believer to begin and sustain a ministry where he lives. Student practicums are a vital part of the instructional procedure which makes TCE a refreshing way to train Christians in child evangelism. Course Objectives To provide each student with: Increased knowledge about the spiritual needs of children Effective methods of evangelism Basic skills for organizing and conducting productive children’s Bible classes Practical ideas which make learning enjoyable for boys and girls.

Teaching Children Effectively™ Level 2
June 19-29, 2023 | 1pm – 6pm
Teaching Children Effectively Level 2 is designed to provide the teacher with basic help and teaching tools for guiding saved children in the systematic process of spiritual growth. To equip the teacher to develop and present narrative Bible lessons as an effective means of conveying spiritual truth to saved children. To broaden concepts for an ongoing evangelistic thrust in the children’s class.
Prerequisite:
The Course is open to teachers that have completed TCE Level 1.
Course Objectives:
Students will gain knowledge in the following ways:
• The spiritual growth and development of children
• Equip the teacher to develop and present narrative growth Bible lessons
• Teaching children Biblical principles
• Practical ideas for teaching missions
Training Programs
CEF provides specialized practical training in children’s ministries. If you have a heart for reaching children for Christ and discipling them, or if you desire to train others in this ministry, we invite you to enroll in one of these courses.
Teaching Children Effectively™
Teaching Children Effectively (TCE™) is CEF’s core training programme. Here, we train children’s workers from different churches and mission groups—as well as new CEF workers—to effectively evangelize and disciple children, especially the unchurched. The course, which is based on spiritual and educational principles, provides methods and procedures to lead children to Christ and help them grow in their faith.
Instructor of Teachers
The Instructors of Teachers (IOT) course equips qualified teachers and full-time and volunteer CEF workers to become trainers (instructors). Those burdened for the salvation of children and committed to training child evangelists under the auspices of CEF, will learn how to conduct TCE™ courses.

Children’s Ministries Institute (CMI)®
The Children’s Ministries Institute (CMI) provides specialized, practical training in children’s ministries not found in Bible colleges or Christian universities. If you have a heart for reaching children for Christ and discipling them, if you desire to train others in this ministry or if you are seeking career opportunities in this field, CMI is just what you are looking for.
International Core 6 Board and Committee Training Course
The International Core 6 Board and Committee Training Course, composed of six high-impact sessions, gives board and committee members a look at the biblical principles behind the CEF ministry, and the CEF heritage and organization. Spiritual, moral and legal ideals are also covered in this course.
We also have Super Seminars, Teacher Training Seminars and other training activities designed to prepare teachers to hold children’s programs, as well as the Junior Youth Challenge training programme for those who minister to teens.

Child Evangelism Fellowship is a Bible-centered organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.
